The Ruffian Tumbler is a Promotional Cycle mount that can only be obtained during certain events. Players on PC can obtain this by login anytime during Trove's anniversary event while Xbox players can get this mount for participating in the Console Beta. Currently unobtainable for PS4 players and/or anytime after these events.
