Azulian Dragon Essences were uncommon drops found in 
Azulian Dragon Cache. They can still be used to craft 
Azulian Dragon Souls at the 
Dragon Crucible in Hub.
As Azulian Dragon Caches can no longer be obtained except through trading, these can no longer be obtained normally. Players who still own them can still craft Azulian Dragon Souls with them, however.
