The Eclipse Key was an item that could be used to open the chests that drop after defeating a Shadow Titan on any difficulty. Parts of the key can be obtained only in Uber-8 and Uber-9 worlds. Parts for Shadow Keys and Moon Keys are collected in other Uber worlds. 

They were removed in the Delve update and were replaced with Delve Shadowkeys.
