Fixtures are buildings that can be placed in Club Worlds to unlock mechanics, buffs, and even loot chance increases. Each fixtures has its own benefits to the club or buffs for members of the club to use like increasing Player Stats and reducing costs for Clubits (the main currency for Clubs). These benefits apply only to PvE and do not affect the Battle Arena gamemodes. Fixtures can ONLY be placed in Club Worlds (not Vault Worlds) and act like normal blocks. Once placed players can build on top of the building but they cannot remove any blocks from the original structure.
Base fixtures are available from the start but adding additional fixtures can be purchased from the Merchants (Club Combat Fixture Merchant, Club Utility Fixture Merchant, and/or Club Ultimate Fixture Merchant) located on the Trovian Clubit Union fixture. They can be upgraded, placed, or removed by a Club Member with the necessary Permissions on the Fixtures tab of the Club window. The active benefits granted by each fixture can be viewed from the Club list (only for the primary club) and also from the Fixtures tab. Some Fixtures cost Clubits up front when placed. Each fixture can be upgraded into higher tiers with additional Clubits with Tier III being the highest tier for fixtures. The cost of fixtures increase depending on the fixture. Most fixtures require rent (paid weekly) to keep their buffs activated. Placing a fixture for the first time will immediately charge the upkeep cost; upgrading a fixture does not immediately charge rent again, but will increase it.
