The Medieval Highlands World is for players levels 1-3 and drops level 1-3 items with green Rarity. One can be found at the Hub or can be crafted at a Builder's Crafting Bench with 10 Shapestone and 10 Glim.
While adventuring in a Medieval Highlands world, only certain Biomes will populate. Explorers can enjoy spelunking in Medieval Highlands and Peaceful Hills areas only.
