Hello, I'm The Embraced One or TEO, and I'm the Fandom Wiki Manager for the Trove Wiki as well as an admin on Sekiro and the Hollow Knight Wikis in my free time. I'm here to act as a liaison between you and Fandom Staff and help you and your community. If you ever have any questions or issues related to the Wiki, its features (editing, templates, layouts, etc.), or anything else, feel free to reach out to me on my message wall and I will be happy to help out!
Based on the actions you have made on our public discord server and on here, you've shown to us you cannot follow the rules we have in place even after moderators gave you some warnings and you claim it to be simply just "a joke." Also taking it out on my profile page even after I was not the one responsible for banning you from the server not only does not help in your case but gives us another reason why we should not invite you back on to the server.
There are rules anywhere you go no mater IRL or online and breaking any of those rules results in consequences. They exist to simply to make sure things don't go downhill into chaos.
Hello sky. Name is Shrooms but Dom will do! I just wanted to know if you could provide some help with mod creation! I ran into a teeny little problem. Don't wanna write a novel so yeah, basically I downloaded and installed TroveTools.net but after installing the progrem opened up and crashed. I tried re-installing, and doing other stuff the creator of the program suggested to some other guy, but nothing seems to work. Just wanted to know if you could help me with my problem!
Hello! I'm Patrik, and I'm representing FANDOM's Vanguard team. We're users who volunteer to help communities adopt to new technologies and features, like content portability. We've identified Trove Wiki as a high priority for introducing the Portable Infobox tool, which has a lot of benefits for your community. Rather than get into all of the metrics and numbers (though I can present some of those if you're interested), I'll keep it simple. I'd like to reproduce as much as possible the look and feel of your desktop infoboxes in CSS, and work to update the Infobox templates themselves so that they can be accessible on any current and future platform. Maintaining them if you want to make changes should be very simple and the appearance should be about the same as they currently are:
If I can do this successfully for your most commonly used Infoboxes and present some proof of concept, can we work together to do all of them? We'd really like to get working on your community, but we would appreciate your go-ahead. Also, if you have any questions, or this is the wrong venue for this kind of a discussion, please let me know. Thanks!
If you are going to help with that process that would be a great addition to our wiki. I have always thought about making our content more Mobile friendly but just haven't gotten around to doing that. Any help in this Wikia would be appreciated.
Hello, I have added Portable Infobox Drafts for all but three (those will follow soon) of the Nonportableinfoboxes on this wiki. If you could view the drafts with the link above to test them and review their code, that would be great. If you see any problems, let me know.
Hey, I have been going through the drafts and approving them but I noticed that once they have been ported, things that we add to the template like <tabber> and our Blueprint template (Which is something we have been trying to put together for this wiki) are no longer compatible with these ported infoboxes.
This was something I may have forgotten to mention since these two are what we mainly use in addition to the infoboxes (especially the Blueprint template which is something unique that we have to offer to our readers and would prefer to keep functional) and I was not aware that they do not work once converted.
Is there a way to allow these portable infoboxes to work with them?
EDIT: I've gone ahead and revert them back to their non-ported version to keep our tabber and blueprint template functional.
