This feature is retired.

While it may still exist in the game, it has been made obsolete for the following reason(s): "This item is no longer being dropped, and people can now use Eye of Q'bthulhu and Flux to upgrade a Resplendent item to Shadow rarity. You can't upgrade a Resplendent item into Shadow item anymore (Replaced to Perfect Prism when the Mantle of Power expansion was added)."

The Perfect Prism was a forging item used to increase the rarity of equipment. This only worked with the transition of Resplendent to Shadow rarity. Perfect Prisms could be purchased in the store for 1000 Credits.

This item used to be used inside a Forge while upgrading Resplendent items to the maximum possible forge to make the transition to a Shadow item.

After Mantle of Power was introduced, you could now use this to open up 1,000 Flux.

Trivia

Perfect Prisms used to drop fairly rarely from Shadow Giants.
They also could upgrade any rarity item to a higher one, not just from Resplendent to Shadow.
