Re-Gemerator is a crafting material used to upgrade Gems. This item will repair any Normal and/or Empowered gem that broke during the upgrading process. They're also used to remove gems from the player's gem socket. 1 Re-gemerator is needed to remove a Gem, but 2 is needed for an Empowered Gem. These can only be purchased in the Store using Cubits.

It would normally be good if the player bought a Gem Booster Box, as they normally give a clover, which prevents cracking, thus making the Re-Gemerator unnecessary when upgrading gems.
To remove a socketed gem, drag the gem from the socket into your inventory and you will be asked to consume 1 or 2 Re-Gemerators depending on type. Make sure the gem has not been selected for level up or you will not be able to move it.
Empowered Gem. These can only be purchased in the Store using Cubits.
