Urmhalit, the Unforgiven is a legendary dragon mount that can be obtained by crafting it on the Dragon Crucible under the Fragment Dragons category.
However the Dragon's fragments (Balefire Dragon Egg Fragments) needed to craft the dragon can be obtained from unlocking all 30 Major Stars of the Star Chart on The Grand Orrery.
Unlocking him will also grant the Balefire Dragon Spirit Permanent Stat Boost, granting 30 Power Rank, 1,000 Maximum Health, 1% Critical Hit and 50 Magic Find.

- Urmhalit has an alternate saddleless body model found in the game files (c_mt_dragon_balefire_body_03alt, replacing c_mt_dragon_balefire_body_03), as well as
Balefire Dragon Egg Fragments, hinting that they may originally have been planned to be implemented as a world boss as Urmhalit. This has since been scrapped in favor of the current implementation.
