Water Gem Boxes are a type of Lootbox found in Drowned Worlds that will give the player a Water Gem of varying rarity, stats and Power Rank based on the difficulty of the world the box was acquired in.

Each Uber difficulty has its own variant of Water Gem Box, each with their own drop table. These include:

- Epic Water Gem Box
