Water Gem Dust is a common material used for upgrading Gems. Water Gem Dust will only upgrade Water based Gems. They can be obtained by Loot Collecting Water Gems and drop from various Gem boxes (Gem Boxes and Gem Booster Boxes).
Water Gem Dust can also be used to craft the Primordial Dragon, Palashien, Soul of the Sea.
