Xendri, the Arc Tempest is a Legendary dragon Mount that can be crafted at the Dragon Crucible using Dormant Tempest Dragon Egg Fragments. It can also be unlocked instantly using a Golden Dragon Effigy.

Unlocking it will also grant the Tempest Dragon Spirit Permanent Stat Boosts, granting +10 Maximum Energy, +3% Energy Regeneration, +1000 Max Health, and +50 Magic Find.

Like other dragons, crafting it will unlock it directly into your collection, so it cannot be traded or crafted twice.
